Templates
Templates are real projects published as examples. They are open on purpose: you can see the prompts, the characters, the settings and every take, not just the finished video.

What you can do with one
- Look inside. A template opens on its first shot, with the prompt, model
and settings that produced it on the right. Pick any other tile in the strip
below to read that one instead. On a phone the strip becomes a list grouped
into Shots, Cast & sets and Audio — tap a row to preview it, or its
›to open that shot's full details. - Duplicate. Copying a template puts a full working project in your account, editable like any other.
- Share. Every template has a public link that opens without an account.
Community showcases
Below the official templates, the Community section lists projects published by Filmera users. They work exactly like templates — open prompts, duplicate, share — and carry the creator's name. When you duplicate one and generate inside the copy, the creator earns a share of the credits you spend (you pay nothing extra). You can publish your own from a project's top bar: Share → Publish. Effects templates
Some templates are single effects rather than whole films. They show a before/after wipe and the exact prompt used, so you can see what one operation does to a shot before spending anything on your own footage.
Pro templates
Most templates are fully open. A few are marked Pro: the result is visible to everyone, but the prompts are truncated and downloading is limited to subscribers. The page says so where it applies rather than failing silently.
Duplicating
Duplicating copies the project structure and points at the same media rather than re-rendering it, so it is quick and costs no credits. Editing your copy never affects the original.
