Storage & deletion

Everything you generate or upload is stored, and each plan comes with a storage allowance. Current usage is on My page → Plan & Billing, with a bar showing how close you are to the limit.

What counts toward storage

  • Generated images, videos and audio — every take, not just the current one.
  • Files you upload as references or import into the media library.
  • Rendered exports.

Thumbnails, prompts and timeline data are small enough not to be counted.

If you are near the limit, deleting old takes of shots you have settled on is usually the fastest win — a shot with eight takes stores eight files.

Deleting a project

Deleting a project removes its canvas, media, takes, timelines and chat. The files themselves are not erased instantly: they are scheduled for deletion and cleaned up about a month later.

The delay is deliberate. Templates share their media with the copies people make from them, so a file can still be in use somewhere else. Before anything is actually erased, the reference check runs again — a file that turned out to be in use is kept rather than breaking someone else's project.

Deleting individual media

Deleting a single file from the media library tells you what it will affect before you confirm: how many timeline clips will lose it and how many canvas nodes will lose their source. That action is not undoable.

Your data

Export what you want to keep before deleting anything. Rendered MP4s can be downloaded from the Exports panel, and individual takes from the media library.

For account deletion and data requests, see Account & privacy.
