Affiliate program
Two ways to earn credits by sharing Filmera. Both pay into your extra-credit balance, which never expires and works with every model. The program page is at /affiliate; your dashboard is My page → Referrals and My page → Showcases.
Current rates
- Referral reward: 20% of the credits your referral buys, on their first payment.
- Showcase share: 20% of the credits spent on successful generations inside projects duplicated from your showcase.
Rates are set by the Filmera team and can change. The values above are read live, so this page always shows what applies right now.
Referral links
Every account has a referral code. Any public Filmera URL becomes a referral
link when ?ref=<your code> is added — the homepage, a template, a community
showcase. The Copy link button on a template page adds your code
automatically once you have one.
- Someone opens your link. A 30-day cookie remembers your code.
- They sign up within those 30 days. The account is attributed to you.
- They pay for credits — a plan or a top-up. You receive the reward, as bonus credits, for their first payments (see the count above).
Payouts appear under My page → Referrals and in your credit log as Referral bonus.
Showcases
Any project can be published as a showcase from My page → Showcases or from the project card's edit dialog. Publishing takes a snapshot; your original stays private and editable. Showcases appear in the Community section of the gallery with your name on them.
When another user duplicates your showcase and runs a generation inside that copy, a share of the credits they spend is paid to you, for as long as the showcase stays published. Failed generations don't count. Payouts appear under My page → Showcases and in your credit log as Showcase earnings.
Showcases can be unpublished, edited, republished from the source project, or deleted at any time. Showcases that break the terms of service may be blocked by the team; blocked showcases leave the gallery and stop earning.
What doesn't earn
- Referring yourself, or accounts that share your sign-up address.
- Duplicating your own showcase.
- Test-mode or refunded payments.
- Official Filmera templates (they have no creator share).
