Signing in

Two ways, both without a password:

Email — we send a six-digit code.
Google — standard OAuth.

Both go through a bot check before the code is sent.

Filmera's interface is available in English, 中文, 日本語 and 한국어. Change it under My page → Profile → Language. The choice applies everywhere — buttons, descriptions and error messages — and follows you to other devices, because it is saved on your account rather than only in the browser.

Receipts and other automated emails use the same language.

Profile

Your nickname and picture appear on comments and replies. Neither is used in anything you export.

Plan and usage

My page → Plan & Billing shows the current plan, credit balance, storage use and invoice history. Usage breaks consumption down by day, week and month with a credit log of what was spent on what.

Your data

Projects, media and takes belong to your account and are private unless you publish a template or share a public link.
Prompts and generated files are sent to model providers to produce results.
Exports and individual takes can be downloaded at any time.

Deleting your account

Deleting projects removes their content. For full account deletion or a data request, contact support from the chat bubble inside the studio — it reaches a person.
